independence//fireworks//USA//liberty//family

It's Independence Day, Everybody!!  During past celebrations, I have had a hard time personally connecting with this holiday.  The biggest thing that would stand out to me was the fireworks.  But this year is different.  With all the attacks being made against the United States, the division we're facing as Americans, and the degradation of our country's godly values, I am excited to have a day where I can take a stand and show support for my country, the United States of America!  It's important now more than ever to stand up for what we believe in and it can start today, by celebrating our heritage as Americans in the the land of the free and the home of the brave!  So this year, while I gaze up at the fireworks painting the sky, I'm going to be rejoicing to be apart of this nation, under God!

In God We Trust!

  1. Happy late Independence day! I felt very similarly in the past not relating too much, but this year, I was happy and proud to be a true and faithful American and I was praying that more people would come back to the full realization of what it means to be free under God.

In years past, we weren't able to watch fireworks because our dog was so terrified of them, poor thing. But last year we had to put him down so this year I got to watch them again which was fun.

Have a blessed day, ladies! <3

    1. Thank you, Sarah! So glad you had a good Fourth of July - I am so sorry about your dog, that must have been so hard. We had to have our dog put down a couple years ago as well.
